Hey guys I have the coolermaster k550 chassis and on the side panel there are 2 places for case fans to insert. I have the GTX 770 2GB oc. So on the k550 website they say i should let the fans blow air in onto the GPU but The gtx 770 sucks air from the bottom of the case and blows it out to the side panel and mobo(the 3 fans blow wind on the heatsink to the side). so if the case fans blow in and the gpu fans bow out the case fans would just blow the warm air in instead of let it go out? should i keep it like that or should i let it blow wind out?i have the gigabyte gtx 770(3 fans).

Solution
Try both ways and look what gives you better (lower) temps. And then you re just fine :)
Usually side fans are intake fans. I do usuaaly make it with fan in bottom of case because that gives cool air to video card. But side fan can do same job.
