Unknowningly i deleted System partition of 300mb. Can i get it back?

Did you make a rescue recovery disk and do regular weekly backups? You can try putting your Windows disk in and choose repair instead of install. If you have a laptop, the repair info varies from brand to brand, but is often on a restore partition, check your manual.
