the keyboard and pc are Medion, delivered together, only a month old and it worked untill ms office install. I have already done what you suggest, plus udate driver.: win8 answers- driver deactivated - another driver is installed now - the best driver installed. I tried to put the old driver back but it is now unreadable/currupt even though I dowloaded new one.
fuck i'm tired of using monitor keyboard.

I assume it must be the keyboard, that is gone broken. I can't really think of any other opportunites. Maybe someone else will know? - Call the place you've recieved it from, and ask for a replacement.

Windows can not start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

Casper I'm quite sure it's not the device - it is the driver. the keyboard works with other PC and it's only a month old.
I get this answer in device manager:
Windows can not start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
