Replacing Old Parts

Alright so I have an old 9800GT and FX4100 and AMD 760g chipset currently in use, and for Christmas I got an i5 4670k and a Zotac GTX 760. I know I'll have to get a new mobo now, and was wondering if the MSI g43/41 z87 would be compatible with these parts, and if not, what would be a good mobo for around $100, less if possible.

The other question is I have a Dynex 520W power supply, and was told Dynex really doesn't make good PSUs. Would a Rosewill Green Series RG630-S12 630W be sufficient, and is it a reliable brand that won't burn out my new graphics card? And is 4GB of ram enough, or is it almost mandatory to get another 4?

Thanks in advance.

yea like posted above dont be cheap with your power supply. you really want to get a trusted brand such as Corsair, OCZ, silverstone, antec.... just research before you make your psu purchase. also be sure to get 80+ certified. and get no less then 500 watts

the z87 would be good so you can overclock your cpu if you want. and it will work with your 760. if you have 4 gbs or ram youll be fine. you can add more later. you should look into a different power supply with 500 watts minimum

Motherboard - ASRock Z87 Pro 3 $95

The Rosewill psu will be fine for what you have. Another good choice is THIS XFX unit made by Seasonic. 500w is more than enough for your rig, even if you overclock. Note: If you do overclock, be sure to get an aftermarket cooler for the cpu such as a Hyper 212 EVO or Xigmatek GAIA.

Last - you can use the 4gb as is, but you would be better off with 8gb. I would NOT suggest getting two more 2gb sticks unless you can exactly match your current ram. You'd be better off getting 1600 or 1866 ram - 2 x 4 gb CAS9. Be sure you get low profile (no giant heat spreaders) if you plan to overclock, as the spreaders tend to interfere with aftermarket air coolers.
