New SSD Windows installation, slow bootup times

I possibly have a quick question:

I recently installed windows 7 on my new SSD and it auto installed the system reserved partition that windows makes with every new install to one of my 1 TB HDDs. My system is still booting up pretty slow, would this be a cause? Is there a way short of reinstalling windows that I could move this partition to the SSD?

For context, here's a screenshot showing my disk config: http://imgur.com/HBq3scc

There are 2 1TB HDDs, a 1TB External HD and a 120GB SSD

Solution
Shouldn't be a problem and shouldn't affect speeds. Downside is that he'll have to have the HDD connected when booting with the SSD.

edit: oh with that you'd need a full install. I believe there's a program that could mirror the system reserved partition but cannot remember.

If I set it to boot first or explicitly attempt to boot from the SSD I get "error: no such partition." Is there a way to get the System Reserved Partition onto the SSD without a reinstall?

I looked around for a while and tried a couple methods of trying to clone it, but it seems like I should just reinstall. Thanks for the help, at least I get what to do now...
