Yes and no....
the 9 Series use alot of power.... not good
and i would say 8350 is the best out of all those...
if u planning on gaming and u are in pudget of 200 $ get the i5 3570k
if u planning on doing some video edit - render photoshop then 8350 would be your choice it can be overclocked to 5 ghz... but u will need strong cooling for that
at last cpu does not make that huge diff in games....u want games buy strong gpu.. thats it
