can i upgrade the laptop gpu?

i just brought the hp probook 450g1 with the following specs-
CPU:i7 4702MQ
GPU:AMD RADEON HD 8750M (2GB DDR3 WITH BUS WIDTH OF 32 BIT).

RAM:16GB 1600MHZ
at this specs, will i be able to run BF4? and if needed, tell me a good GPU upgrade.

In simple terms, no you cannot. I would just return the laptop for a better model.

The GPU will auto detect the settings for the game depending upon your system specs. If you feel lags at default settings then lower the settings to play.
