Go to HP, and download all the relevant Windows 7 drivers first. Put them on a USB stick or CD.

Which are the relevant drivers? What are they called or how do I obtain them in a group?

relevant ones would be Chipset (usually tagged as INF), Audio, LAN, wireless, video graphics adapter and webcam, they all will be listed separately in the HP's download page once you select your laptop model and OS.

hmm yeah... I just checked into HP website for your model and they don't give drivers for windows 7... you could try to download the drivers from intel website (you need to find out the exact chipset you have in your laptop), but as for the webcam and mic unless the drivers for windows 8 work for windows 7, you won't be able to have them working on win7.
