I recently swapped out my Corsair CX500W PSU for a Velocity Micro 550W PSU
The Velocity doesn't have 2 graphic card power cord for the 2 slots. I have an expansion cord on it, it only have 6/8 pins in it. Will that hinder the GPU?

Though its not recommended to use an extension adapter cable to power the GPU, but it will work.

And I never heard of Velocity PSU, so I think its a poor quality PSU, it will be better if you replace that PSU.

It's from a all-in-one rig from along time ago. I know it's a good PSU cause it ran a i5 2500k and 2 Gefore 9800 for years. Was just wondering if the fact the pins being missing was bad.
Even if it takes a crap because of the PSU, I am buying a new rig soon.
