R270x dead on arrival?

Hi guys, I purchase as new Sapphire Radeon R9 270X Vapor-X yesterday. It arrived this morning but no dvi output or hdmi. I have checked to ensure its seated correctly and it had power but no joy. After reading the forums I reset my cmos and still nothing. i know the lane that its plugged into is fine as my old 560ti is working no worries. Should I be looking to RMA it or have I missed something obvious. Should I uninstall all the nvidea drivers? There is no on board display adaptor

Sounds like an RMA mate, Test your PSU in another machine, Also test the card in another machine, just to be sure before you rma.

Thanks for the reply, yep I plugged in both of the 6 pin leads. There was power going to the card. Just nothing at all being out put.

It has 2xDVI 1xHDMI (I've tried those 3) and a Display Port.

650, so only two 6 or 6+2 power plugs?

I had issues getting my 750W Antec to power my 7950. I tried using two plugs on the same lead, but it wouldn't work. It worked fine when I used one from each. I'm assuming it was a load balancing issue. But I think most 650W units (except for the new gold units) only have 2 plugs.

Yep its 2*6pin and the card also has 2*6pin they are both plugged into the 560ti Im using now. sapphires website states 600w for the crossfire option but Im just using one card
