is my power suply good enough

so im upgrading my PC and i just want to ask if my powersuply is good enough...

i7 3770k
EVGA geforce gtx 770 superclocked
as rock extreme z 77
cooler master hyper 412 slim
8 gigs of ram

oh sry, i have a antec 550w psu atm

I would say the PSU is pushing a bit close. I think 550W is the total you would be using, but rule of thumb is you always want to give your self some over head space. I would go with a 600w or higher depending on what your doing.

3W over by the newegg one and thats without the cooling and other stuff, so yeah i need a new psu

Actually you should be about right however I see you have the correct components to overclock. If you wish to overclock then you would need to upgrade otherwise you're fine.

I'd recommend a 750w psu. I have a RM750 with similar specs to yours.
