My power supply is the CX600, and all of the fans are 3 pin.

On the image above, it shows the connectors on the CX600. The second to last one is a 4 pin connector.
I was looking at this [url=http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/fan...onnector-cable-multi-3-pin-to-one-4-pin-a88aq [/url] online, and was wondering if it would solve my problems.
If I plugged my fans into the maplin device, and plugged that into the connector on the PSU, would it make the fans spin?
Another thing, would it be possible to find one that has all 12 volt lines, because the only ones that I can find are 2x 12v and 2x 5v.
