Intel I5-4670 haswell stock cooler for i3-2100 sandy bridge

Hello, so my I3-2100 sandybrige stock intel processor cooler is dead, and i have a spare i5-4670 intel stock processor cooler. Can i use it for my i3-2100 and will it fit in the mounting holes in motherboard?

LGA 1155 and LGA 1150 use the same mounting hardware so I think it would work.
