Hello, I've got some updates about this problem.
So, it looks like this right now, computer is cleaned out of dust and added termo paste to CPU and changed to 100% working PSU. From my observations:
PC boots, normal stuff but when there is choice to run windows in normal mode or in fail safe mode monitor turns off, so I'm chosing normal boot and monitor turns on for 2 sec. Computer fully booted up, monitor is black, but when I will unplug monitor DVI cable and plug it again monitor turns on for 2 sec and again turns down, by turns down I mean he doesn't get any signal from computer. For me it seems like GFX. Any ideas?
