Blue Screen Error atikmdag.sys Help!

Hello, sometimes my pc will shut down unexpectedly and I will get a blue screen error, this happens around every 3-4 weeks but i very annoying! I could be doing anything from browsing the web to editing a video. I decided to get BlueScreenView to find out what is causing the problem and Im getting two files highlighted. one of them is - atikmdag.sys
and the other is -
dxgmms1.sys

any help would be greatly appreciated thanks! :)

First of all,upgrade your directx version to latest (google it).
Secondly, hold start button and R,a window should pop up.Type there minidump and upload all the files you see onto the web so we can see.They are logs made by windows which say the reason the PC crashed.
We will analyze them with some software.

I have directx 11 already installed. and how do i upload the files to the web, or do you just want URL names like this?

the file is a amd graphics driver file. You will want to install the current drivers from AMD website and see if the issue goes away before trying to fix it via directx changes

so uninstall the drivers i got now and re-install them from AMDs site?

AMD FX 8350 - and i just got the blue screen again when I went to play a video in my files, it only seems to happen when i do that, it has never done it when playing a video game, only when the pc is idle or as i just mentioned loading a video.

I disabled the power saving options, and the thing with the drivers, did you mean to update my drivers because i did that also I cant find the file in step 3 of the guide you sent me.

is there anyway to do a clean uninstallation of my gpu and its files? or would that not help?
