GT 650M vs HD 8850M

Which one should i prefer ?

Are radeon cards equally good as Nvidia . I mean does radeon have optimized drivers support like Nvidia ?

rico21, he's talking about mobile GPUs.
In this case the HD 8850m is better than the GT 650m. It will get better framerates definitely. Not sure about the drivers etc, but there shouldn't be any problems.
HD 8850m is around the same performance or a bit better than gt 750m.
