My pc keeps overheating every once in a while. The cpu gets to about 70 C.

PC:
AMD-FX 6350 @ 3.9 Ghz
Corsair cx600m
Corsair h55
Amd Radeon 7870 Double dissipitation
gigabyte ga-78lmt-usb3
wd green 2tb
CiT Vantage-R

I think it might be an airflow problem(idk just an educated guess)

Solution
Yea, I'd say you're fine with what you got now. 70 as a max during gaming won't harm your PC at all. And it is completely up to you, but I personally wouldn't cut holes in the case, and since you do have 2 exhaust fans, I don't think you would see much of a difference, if any.
Airflow possibly, but the H55 is just not a very powerful cooler, and AMDs run a little hot anyway. Might try removing the waterblock and making sure you have plenty of thermal paste - which is to say clean it, and make sure you put enough but not too much thermal paste back on.

Forgot to add, 70 as a max isn't terrible. Is it hitting 70 during normal computing, gaming, or benchmarking?

Do you have a spot for an exhaust fan? More intake than exhaust is good, but you need a fan somewhere trying to force hot air out. If there is no path for airflow, the intake fan on the radiator won't be pulling as much air in, i.e over the radiator. What case do you have?

And like I said, 70 isn't terrible, if that's the max during a CPU & GPU intensive game.

On the side of the fan it should indicate the direction of the airflow. If it doesn't, the air will blow towards the frame the fan is actually spinning on. So the top of the fan would be facing inside the case.

I'm confused... The spec sheet shows the case as already having fans installed? Do you already have fans on the door?

The case says it has 4 mounts - front bottom, two on the side, 1 in the back. Where do you currently have fans?

Yeah, if he wants to spend money that's fine. I just don't like telling people to go buy something unless they ask if I think they should lol

70 under a load like BF4 causes isn't really bad, it's on the higher end for sure, but not cause for concern.
