so, i have a new msi r9 280x, and i want to overclock it to at least 1120mhz @1.2v but it fail so i tried rasing the voltage to 1.29v but didn't help, after overclocking it my games are crashing. i also tried overclocking it to 1110mhz @ 1.2v and it also crashed. i see people overclocked the same card to 1120-1200 mhz, and some overclock it to 1100mhz w/o raising the voltage. what could be the problem?

my rig:
i7 3770k @ 4.5ghz
msi r9 280x
msi z77a-g45 thunderbolt
2x4 1333mhz ram
1 tb WD + 500gb
corsair CX750m.
