help with fx 6300 stability?! perhaps voltage?

So i have an fx-6300 on a MSI 970A-G46 and when i run prime95 all of my cores stop working very soon after the test is initiated running large FFT's. My processor is at 3.5 GHz (stock) and the voltage is at 1.272 (as shown in cpu-z). So how can i fix this?

With a hyper 212 evo on idle i get 15C and full load i get about 30C. It appears to be a ram issue as small fft's work which is odd because i ran memtest86 for 6 passes with no errors

16 GB of gskill ripjaws X at 1866MHz. In cpuz in shows dram frequency as 933.3 mhz which is weird. Running in dual channel. And a corsair cx-600 with a 5830 GPU (a temporary)

what bios are you running ? you may be using a old bios
