Clicking is not normal. If the PSU is till within the vendors defective product exchange period then get a new one from them. Otherwise you'll have to go through Corsair's RMA process.

It's not suppose to make a clicking sound so the product is faulty.

From this Dabs web page it looks like you'll have to deal with Corsair directly for RMA service:

Had the same problem with my new PSU, so I RMAed 3 of them, 3 different brands. I even bought an expensive one from Seasonic. SAME THING. So it's not a PSU fault, but somehting with the power line. The clicking occurs ONLY when I power on/off the PC and when putting it to sleep and wake it up. There is no other clicking afterwards. I now want to buy a Power Voltage Regulator. I hope the clicking won't happen with it. Also, from what I've read on forums on the Net, it seems now the PSUs, have something inside to protect the PC from something. I don't really remember, but it seems the new psus are built like this and the clicking is normal, from what I've read. I will buy that Power Voltage Regulator anyways, to see if it solves the clicking problem. If it does, then it's the power line that makes the PSU click.
