Graphicscard for new build'?

Hello everyone.

I'm currently putting a build together and has gotten this so far:

i5 4670K
Gigabyte Z87X-D3H
CM 212 EVO cpu-cooler
G.Skill Sniper 2x4GB 1866MHz
Samsung EVO 120 GB SSD
Seagate Barracuda 1 TB
XFX 850W 80+ bronze modular PSU
Fractal Design ARC R2 midi

I have currently been looking at the gtx 770 and my cheapest option, where i'm from, is the MSI OC model. But I have also been looking at the Palit Jetstream model, which according to reviews should be a bit faster, and consume about the same, maybe a little more power. It costs about 7 dollars more where I come from. Brands like Gigabyte and asus is about 30-40 dollars more expensive.
I also want to SLI at a later point and ill probably OC the CPU
I have also considered the R9 280x, but choose the 770 because of the 3 games i'm gonna buy anyways.
What kind of GPU do you guys think I should go with, thinking about performance, price and space for the gpu's in SLI?
I'm open for ideas and advice, no matter the cost.

TO be honest overclocking your cards you will see more performance and if not OC'ing to much the cooling should be sufficient enough, but to be honest getting a 770 will run any game you throw at it ultra no problems without OC'ing. I have a GTX 560 and i run battlefield 4 on all high Frames capped at 60fps solid. I haven't had any experience with gigabyte hardware so I can't give any insight on there products. So it is up to you personally if the gigabyte doesn't have a longer warranty or more performance than saving the $4 probably isn't worth it.

Yeah, the ASUS is a bit more expensive sadly :/ But the MSI looks very good and I heard it should be very quiet as well! But before I completely choose the MSI, do you know anything about the Palit Jetstream? Currently leaning towards the MSI since it's a well known brand and very popular :)

I've not heard of the Palit Jetstream but did youtube it. It's up to you, i don't know who makes the jetstream but im sure MSI has a good warranty system. Well i mean as good as it gets coming from manufacturers stand point lol. But looking at the ASUS Direct CU II fans vs the msi ones on youtube it seems the MSI fans have lower noise levels and better cool per inch or radius anyways. Personally i went with ASUS for my GTX 560 DC II awesome card but im only a year into it and im RMA'ing before the warranty exspires because a eroded compositor already, not to mention i bought 2 of them at first and returned one of them when i got it because it was dead on arrival. No ASUS doesn't really have a good quality control its a good thing they have nice Warrantys. LOL

As far as I have read the MSI has 3 years and Palit only has 2 years of warranty, which is quite an advantage by going with the MSI.
Haha, yeah it's good with the warranty at Asus :) One of my friends had to return 3 cards, 'cause they all died after a month :p But also heard Gigabyte had a similar kind of problem with their recent cards :O

But idd it is still a tough choice for me. As you also conclude the MSI has fantastic cooling, low noise and a great warranty. Palit has the power and looks :p But it's only like 2-3 fps in difference? And if I OC the MSI just a little bit I would get about the same performance, but how much would it affect the cooling (also thinking of fan speed noises)?

Thank you :) Well the one from ASUS also got very good cooling options, and it also just went on sale where I'm from.
You might have convinced me to go with that :) And it also looks pretty darn cool as well :)
