I need some help on making a gaming PC

Making a gaming PC. I need some help. Will these parts all be compatible? Am I missing anything? I'm new to making gaming PCs.

Graphics Card
Processor
Motherboard
Case
Hard Drive
Power Supply
(EDIT - Picked this power supply instead.)
RAM
Operating System

Me and my friend are both trying to build a PC. We are using relatively the same setup. I think he has an account on here as well. Him and I are trying not to go over $1000. Please help!

It seems fine. However you'd want to change that PSU, both wattage and make.
Atleast 500W and any of Antec, SeaSonic, XFX and Corsair should be fine.

Also Windows 8.1 is only 3 more dollars.
