I'm having this error that seems to be coming from windows being a p.i.a. I don't quite know how to fix this problem but it started when I tried to play a game I just installed last night. (Just Cause 2) Everytime I try to start the game this image shows up and i'm wondering how I can bypass or disable this setting in windows. This is my own personal pc and I am the administrator on it so I know that's not the problem... There is some setting I assume that is causing this and I'm just wondering if anyone can help me out.

PC Specs:
MSI 970A-G46
Corsair 8gb 1666mhz
GTX 660 Ti
AMD FX-6300

What I did was open a command prompt as an admin, then paste the text at the command prompt.
