yeah i have just had a slightly similar prob you can in bios change it you have to go to xmt i think and select profile 1 to match your installed frequency i do not know what bios ur using but YOU CAN DO IT (TYPE IN HOW TO WORK WITH YOUR BIOS YOUTUBE OR SOMETHING IF UR NOT SURE~)

sorry you have to go to advanced memory settings then MEP or something like that and select profile 1

YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO SELECT A PROFILE WITH YOUR FREQUENCY

the only thing i can sudgest because i know you can do it, is to search web for your bios and how to change memory frequency's because i have not dealt with your bios i cannot help you anymore than what i have said it works for me

If your RAM supports XMP profiles then you should be able to set the profile in the Ai Overclock Tuner section of the BIOS. If the RAM doesn't support XMP profiles then you can manually set the RAM speed/timings/voltages in the BIOS. I believe they are all found in the Ai Overclock Tuner section of the BIOS. The motherboard owners manual is your friend.

ill try it, but u guys sure my mother board supports kingston hyper x at 1866, i just saw in supports http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA1155/P8Z77-V_LE/Z77_DRAM_QVL_1121.pdf this one and there is not my ram at 1866 mhz, i dont know but maybe its the problem? because when i manually change ram speed from 1333 to 1866 as i said PC did not turn on

I'll have to research more when I'm not at work, but the RAM should work just fine. You have to do more than just change the RAM speed, though. As I stated, you also have to change the timings and voltage to the manufacturer specs for your RAM. I'm not surprised that it didn't boot if all you did was change the speed...
