I am new to this forum so pleas bear with me, I have the Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 it works fine most of the time, but lately after 20 mins (sometimes less) of use it drops to 12 (or less) mbps even with full signal strength, now my internet isn't to blame for this as I test on a laptop and its always fine its just this desktop that is having problems, it wasn't this bad until recently.
Additional info:
Mobo = Gigabyte H87N-Wifi
Average signal strength = 4-5 bars
Average (reported by windows) speed 90-120mbps
Lowest on full strength = 2mbps
*Have tried installing latest driver- same result, rollback still the same.
Disable then re enable wireless card works but its really not practical to do that every 20 mins
