Greetings, I have a WD 3TB Red Drive, it was originally partitioned and formatted as a 746GB drive, I have erased all partitions yet the drive shows up in disk management as only having 746GB of unallocated space. How do I reset the drive to show the correct space available..Thanks for your assistance...

Essentially, your 3TB drive has to be initialized in Windows Disk Management using the GPT partitioning scheme, not the more common MBR partitioning scheme.
