Should I get more RAM for my build or a GPU?

I have a new desktop, and here are the specs:

AMD A10 5800k @ 3.8 GHz + Radeon 7660d (integrated)

4 GB RAM @ 1866 MHz (about 2.8 usable b/c 512MB is dedicated to the GPU and the other 700 went somewhere...)

500 GB W.D. 5400 RPM

My question: Should i get a graphics card and just crossfire it with the 7660d or should i get another 4GB of RAM because i usually use most of it up. I do some lightweight gaming, like COD, Just Cause 2, Mirrors Edge and source games. I also stream so I want to know which would help performance more? RAM or a GPU? I was looking at the 6570 1GB to Crossfire with the 7660d.

At $60, you're better off just upgrading your RAM to 8gb. If your motherboard has open ram slots, buy the same kit of ram you bought before. Otherwise, if you can spend a bit more than 60, grab this RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231665&clickid=wXY1URUvo3LYRT1x27Sx42aoUkTwdQyp1Tir0o0&iradid=97618&ircid=2106&irpid=79301&nm_mc=AFC-IR&cm_mmc=AFC-IR-_-na-_-na-_-na
The 2400mhz speed will definitely help because your using an APU.
Don't waste your money on the 6450 or 6570. The 7660D integrated GPU is equivalent to a 6670.

When I play some more intensive games, sometimes they will crash. I use almost of all of my RAM streaming and that gets frustrating. I was thinking maybe the graphics card would take the edge off my RAM when playing because of the integrated graphics?

I'm returning a 6450 I got that was way too slow which i bought for $59.99 and NewEgg has the 6570 for $47. So I have a budget of around $60

60$ will get you an extra 4gb of ram... But mixing Ram doesn't always work even if you get the exact same you have right now. Also, for 60$ you wont find a gpu that will be much better than your apu. Sorry :/
