[EDIT] ok the no noise was because I forgot to install the speaker
If this is where you enter the OS why did I not get the beep noise and why can't I enter the Bios either, my monitor is connected to the GPU, and I have some buttons on my mobo, I would post a image but I don't know how, also a red display on my mobo shows A.3 if that helps.

Gigabyte G1.sniper Z87
EVGA Nividia GTX 770
i5 4670k
i have a network card installed too but that shouldn't matter.
