Forgot my password. Did a system reload but kept the old data files. Since then, remembered my password, but can not access the files. Went through docs and settings. Can't drag to shared, change the folder to shared status, or anything else.

Yes! Got it solved! Thank you. I figured I needed to browse with Internet Explorer to access the Windows help forum, but after that, Pressed f8 during startup to get to safe mode, and HAD to chose NOT my account, but the new account called ADMINISTRATOR. Took a couple go-rounds, but solved! Thanks again!
