I bought a gtx 650 ti gpu and a thermaltake tr2 600w psu. I have an ascer aspire x3475 mobo. I have no onboard graphics, when I turn my computer on everything works fine, al the fans spine, windows starts up. However my monitor is in sleep mode. It recognizes that it's hooked up to my gpu because it doesn't say check dvi or whatever. My screen is just black so I can't install the new drivers.
My old gpu was an AMD Radeon HD 7350 and that still works when I plug it in, I've spent 7 hours trying everything I can find to help but nothing works.

Power from the PSU connected to the card? AMD card uninstalled in device manager before installing the Nvidia card?

Yes, everything is connected. I uninstalled with add/remove programs, then removed it from my display adapters then I ran Driver Sweeper.

Hmm alright, I'll take it back and see if that's the problem. Thanks.
