Intel RST service not Running

Hello , I have a Small Icon in my windows that says ( Intel RST Service is not Running )

and I don't know how to fix it .. ? Do I even Need It ?

I have 1 SSD and 2 HDD
and Windows 7 professional 64-bit

Any idea how to fix this problem ?

This is normal. By default the RST service is configured to start automatically but with a delayed start. Services that are configured with a delayed start will start up two minutes after the last non-delayed service starts. This can be several minutes after boot. Eventually the icon in the system tray should have a nice green checkmark on it.

oh I did and been in more than 30 minutes and its not green ^^!?

Did you disable the service? Check in Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services -> Intel Rapid Storage Technology

I checked its on Automatic run (Delayed Start) .. but still the icon shows that its not running.
