As cable management I placed all my unused PSU cables Under the bottom HDD slot however these will be live when the computer is switched on, are there any dangers?

not usually. the actual metal connectors are recessed .

its an issue if:

-a fan blade is hitting one or more cables which could cause the insulation to come off and spark/short
-the wires are touching a high heat source which causes the insulation to melt. same issue.
-the wire end (plug) is somehow touching something pointy or something which wedges itself inside the connector

but... typically a complete non issue and its normal for people to stuff the wires wherever they can. i know i have wires stuffed behind my motherboard tray.
