Hello.
I have a brand new Windows 8.1 Computer with an AMD Radeon r7 200 series video card. The video card is being used via a Low Profile Kit from XFX. I have one screen connected via the VGA port, and another that is connected to the DVI port, Problem being the DVI port seems to not even be "Turned on". I do not see the port showing up anywhere on my system. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, I have tried both monitors on the port, and a different adapter. Nothing has changed.
