2x4GB does not equal 16GB, 2x8GB kit or 4x4 GB, either way is fine (increases SSD performance)

With this price of a build go for the 256 / 250 GB SSD and while the EVO is decent, there are faster drives out there.

I don't usually comment on cases as that is more personal preference, but 189.99 is a lot to pay for a case. You can get similar features for 50-75% less.
