Current Specs:
AMD Athlon II X2 250 3.0 Ghz
ASRock N68C-S UCC (AM3)
2.00GB Single-Channel DDR2 @ 267MHz (4-4-4-12)
L1553S (1024x768@60Hz) LG LCD Screen
256MB NVIDIA GeForce 7025 / nForce 630a (ASRock)
Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit SP1

I'm looking for a card that I can put in my current build. Preferably one that does not need auxiliary power connectors.

I plan on building a newer Intel based PC(mid to late 2014), maybe an i5 that can be overclocked with the lowest power draw possible(waiting around to see if the prices drop).

I don't play games at ultra high settings, but will try(contented with playing at mid settings). I have a small 15" screen. I might do some photo editing, video encoding, watch HD movies, render 3D objects from CAD.
Most of my days, i just browse the net, watch some videos, move around some of my files, play older games; that's why I need a low power system. I also tend to leave my PC on when downloading large files then do something else...

So to sum it up, i want a card that i can use for my current build then migrate it to my newer Intel based build, want a card powerful enough to play newer games(i'm a fan of old games), but efficient enough to do just some basic task.

If you are trying to play newer games it might be a difficult task keeping it under $90, but first we will need to know the specs of your PSU in your current build. Do you happen to know those?

amk09 is right, might want to buy a new PSU to go along with a card.

WhiteCat I think has the best solution, which is the Radeon 7750. It's an okay card, just don't expect anything higher than medium settings @ 1280x768.

I have a 600W low end PSU. The kind that you get along with the Case.

BTW, local shops here in the Philippines tend to sell LOW and HIGH end cards ONLY. I've scoured the city trying to find a card that fits in my desired range. Maybe I get beaten by DIY PC builders in buying those mid range cards.

But so far I only see 630s, 5670s, 440s, and a 7730 on display. And too many $50-$70 cards.

I'm OK with playing games at mid settings in a 1280x768 reso.
I have 15" 1024x768 screen ATM, not planning on getting a newer larger one though.

I can always order from Manila(capital) based shops, which offer lower prices but will charge for shipping. One merchant price a Powercolor 1GB 6670 DDR5 at $70 then ship them for 5% of the price.
