I recently came across a sound blaster live hp / nec. Is it worth installing?

The model number is ct4870. I have an extreme 4 z77 board. Is the integrated in my board better than this stand alone card? Any help would really be appreciated.

Wow, that's a blast from the past.

Modern onboard audio is pretty good, probably better than that.

I know right. I also found a tnt2 nv996 graphics card. My friend has a p4 system and I'm wondering if that's better than his onboard graphics.
