Need PC Immediately!!

I know this isn't normally a question asked frequently here, but I need to purchase a PC ASAP. My wife's work PC experienced an unfortunate accident and needs to be replaced.

I would normally ask for a gaming rig, but we simply don't have time to play anymore. Instead I'm looking for something for a work PC, but that has the potential to upgrade in case I want to game more in the future.

The other hook is that time is of the essence, so I'm looking for either a prebuilt PC that I can just go and pick up (ie best buy, office max, staples, etc.), or one that I can have built and shipped relatively quickly.

Budget is something like $500-$700, but the less the better. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks!

I found 2 ASUS desktops on Best Buy. One has more RAM and a AMD cpu, and one has less RAM with an i7 cpu.

The i7 build is about 20x more powerful for basically every single task. A GPU can be added later with a PSU for gaming. The A10 computer is a TERRIBLE waste of money. That APU will run out of steam WAY before 8gb RAM is ever needed making the 16gb it has completely worthless.

Thanks so much guys. HOWEVER....

I forgot to mention that it has to be Windows 7. Wife's systems do not have Windows 8 support yet. I know that makes it harder..

Unfortunately that one is not available for shipping, and it appears there are 0 stores with it in stock in the state (Michigan).

Edit: appears that it's available through buy.com for shipping. I'd be fine with ordering something through a vendor like that or newegg assuming shipping times aren't drastic.

Oh my bad, here...this should work but it is more expensive. if you need a lower price ill have to change the brand, or try an 'All-in-one' computer.

Ok it worked. That's a good choice too, although the power supply is only 300W. In the one I showed you, the Power supply is 500W with a AMD Radeon HD 7770 already in it. If you ever wanted to start gaming again, then the one that I told you would be the better choice. If not, go with the one you just showed me.
