Can I play BF4 with no lag?

Hi I have a intel core i7-4770 4th gen processor, 16 gb RAM, 2 TB Harddrive. I am also putting in an Asus Radeon R9 270X GPU. Is this good for BF4 on medium-ultra with 60+ FPS?

yes you will, espescially with mantle coming up. but dont pay more than for a gtx 760. At the moment amd cards are often overpriced due to high demand for bitcoin mining.

Idk I bought the PC for 950 monitor and stuff included but it didn't have a GPu so I'm wondering if I put the r9 270x in will I be able to play bf4
