It depends. Even some models of Corsair and Seasonic are rated low as in Tier III.
The Hale 82 is rated Tier II and the model that you put is not rated yet from what I can see.http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx

PC Power and Cooling use Seasonic and Super Flower as OEMs. Super Flower in particular is basically the Holy grail of PSU OEMs and everything they manufacture is amazing quality. Even their 80+ bronze units have be tested time and time again to meet the specs for 80+ Gold and platinum ratings. They are MUCH better quality than most all other PSUs out there and this price reflects this. I would take one over any NZXT unit all day. The only NZXT units worth anything are the HALE82 N series OEM'd from FSP(not as good as Super Flower or Seasonic but still good). The rest are OEM'd from topower which is pretty poor quality. I would stick with PC Power and Cooling for sure.
