Need a PC with a good processor and RAM but low end graphics card

I have a PC now with a crappy processor and ram and the motherboard doesn't allow better ram. I have a graphics card I will use so I need to buy a PC with a good processor and RAM but low end graphics card. Budget is around 400 to 300 but I prefer around or under 300. The processor and ram have to be good enough for gaming

are you trying to buy a pre-built?

And I assume you have a OLD PC with DDR2 ram since you said it doesn't support "better" ram
