Will my set up bottle neck? /Torn frams in bf3

phenom II x4 830
6gb ddre 1333 cl9
radeon hd 6870
Foxconn 2A92 (never knew this brand existed until yesterday)
Also, was playing bf3 on 1680x10xx on lowest setting. Cpu temp never passed 70 and GPU never passed 75. But frames started getting torn and i get weird laggs.
Finally, will I be able to run bf4 on 1080p with lowest setting?

I would think this setup would get at least 30fps on the lowest settings @ 1080p

Use V-Sync to stop tearing, the CPU bottlenecks slightly I think but you should be decent.

Of course you'd need to average at least 40fps to avoid drops under 30

Your frames are probably tearing because you are getting above 60 FPS...try turning Vsync on and upping the settings to keep it at or below 60 FPS.

Vsync is on

The tearing are accompagnied with high lagg and flashbacks(was like wtf???he should be dead) so i dont think its due to high frame rate.
Any other suggestion?
Might it be a wifi problem?

Sounds like a connection problem for sure(rubber-banding or teleporting is definitely lag)...your Phenom and GPU should hold this game up just fine on medium settings.

sigh... guess ill have live with it then. Dont want to route 20m of cable across the house.
Can I exclude any driver, ram, or installation problem then?
