I'm slowly working on building a custom desktop for gaming purposes, and since I don't have much money to spare, I can only buy around one part per month. This doesn't quite work for building a working computer, but I do have a working laptop that can handle some of my games, and some parts of my games. The primary issue I have is that the on-board graphics card isn't quite up to par with the minimum system requirements for many games, such as ACIII and up, but I do have enough RAM, and my processor is good enough for the games.
What I wanted to do is to take the hardware (starting with the GPU) on the desktop I'm building, and use it for my laptop. Is there any way I can do this?
