My GTX 770 won't max out BF4

I can only run bf4 at high setting with some settings turned to low to get 60 fps. I have heard that 770 can max it out perfectly at 60+ fps before I bought it, and it does not live up to it. Any ideas on what I should do or can do? I have another monitor but I play bf4 with it off.
Specs: i5 3.2 ghz
evga 770 4 gb
8 gb of ram
650 watt power supply

I have the GTX 770 and a 4670K running at 4GHz on a 1080p monitor and I'm set at only 4X AA. For me the difference of 8x AA is not worth the drop in frame rate. Everything else it at ultra and mine rarely drops below 60FPS. Usually floating around the 70-100 mark depending on what I'm looking at.

When I set the settings at this nVidia GeForce Experience has those same settings sat there as optimised anyway.

Also, MSAA x8 isn't possible. MSAA x4 is the max level for BF4. At least it is for me. Just checked. I can't go any higher. Also, I feel like I read that some where too.

You're right actually, just checked mine and 4x is max.
