So when I play league at first, I get about 150-250 fps then later on like 5-10 minutes later ill get massive drops which go down to 20 fps. I tried to adjust my settings which didn't even effect it. Also updated all the drivers.
Computer Specs:
GTX 560 TI Directcu II - Video Card
AMD FX-6300 - Processor
12 Gb DDR3(1333Mhz) - Ram

Solution
Does this happen in all games?
Does the FPS drop and stay down or does it fluctuate between high and low FPS?

First thing that comes to mind is that something is overheating and so its throttling performance so it doesn't kill itself, which explains why performance is fine until 10mins in. You might want to monitor temperatures while having the rig on an artificial load, download Furmark (GPU) and Prime95 (CPU) and see what temps your getting.
