I don't need the added features in Pro. 64-bit OEM's fine.

Personally, I wouldn't buy from a website, especially not ebay... never know if they have used it and just re-shrink wrapped the box etc... best bet is to go down to Officeworks or something like that and purchase a copy

Sabotaging and re-shrink wraping it is possible, or it being a fake version with things like malware and remote desktop turned on like I read has been done with like hundreds of thousands of copies in the past. The same can be said for basically anything you hook to your computer that can have anything installed to it or if installing a driver CD etc.
The $86 eBay ones look sort of legit though. They have many in stock, have many positive feedback, and are mainly computer parts sellers, but they could have bought them from someone selling fake sabotaged copies.

The non-ebay one (fry.com or something) was $88 when I linked it, but is $99 now.

I got mine from Walmart.com. Cost me about $13 more. I highly doubt their supplier sells fakes, and even if like someone were to switch out the real ones with fakes in the warehouses, it would be hard to pull off, probably cameras everywhere and detailed scanning systems etc.
