BF4 Performing Better than BF3?

I have made this thread a couple times but no one seems to finish it.
I currently have both BF3 and BF4 on my PC, and I can get 15-25 fps on BF3, and 25-40 on BF4, which shouldn't even be happening (With both on low)
My current specs are
Athlon ii x2
GTX 460
4GB DDR3-1600
500w Antec PSU
FoxConn A78AX 3.0

Now, don't start telling me about how my dual core is so horrible, because if it runs BF4 as well as it does, it sure as heck should be able to play BF3 on low with atleast 40FPS on the Canals. Anyone know what to do? I did buy my CPU used, and when installing it, I bent the pins (Which I straightened out with a credit card, and it looks almost exactly the same, no lost pins)

Anyone know what the issue is? Do I need a new CPU?

Well you could Un-Park your cores (Windows 7 and 8 Only. Link to it), Make BF3 run at High priority through Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc -> Win8: Click "Details" tab Win7 and earlier: Continue -> Right-Click BF3.exe or Battlefield 3 -> Set Priority -> High. Do this every time BF3 starts), Disable DirectX 11 in BF3 (In BF3 Settings editor -> Console -> Untick DirectX 11 and DX Deferred CS Path), and well... Not to use Vsync.

Same for BF4 but BF4 version of Settings Editor is right here.

BF4 has better optimisation and is a native 64-bit program.

Go to bf3 settings and set network smoothing on its lowest, worked for me
