Hi
I want buy a Noctua NH-D14 and my mainboard is GA-Z77-D3H with two corsair vengeance installed in slot 1 & 2

Can i install this cooler on my system or confilict with RAM or other components?

the largest size of this cooler is 160mm

According to this thread (http://www.overclock.net/t/1281901/concerns-with-noctua-nh-d14-size) the fins themselves will cover the first ram slot, and in order to fit the heatsinks on your ram you would have to shift the fan that's over the ram upwards.
