Having Trouble Putting in a Gpu

I would like to put a gpu in the et1810-03 but i cannot because the place where the gpu's vga and dvi parts is blocked by a metal that doesn't screw off. i really need some advice because i would like to upgrade my computer slowly until i can get everything i want and this is a huge stumbling block because i cannot afford a new case.

Looking at the back of that case, it seems to have a metal brace that lies on top of the expansion covers.

You need to take the brace off, to slide out the number of metal expansion covers you need to install the card.
