Okay, this is like my 5th question about my rig. But this is my first time building and I want to make sure. Keep in mind, I am going to be recording these games and video editing.
Mobo: Asus Z87-A $199
Case: Fractal Designs Define R4 $149
CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K $269
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 CPU Cooler $89
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 3TB $139
RAM/Memory: Corsair Vengeance CMZ16GX3M2A (2x8GB) $199
SSD: Samsung Evo 120gb $109
Graphic/Video Card: ASUS Radeon r9 280x DirectCUII Top 3gb $419
PSU: NZXT Hale V2 850W 80 plus Gold $189
Optical drive: LG 24x SATA DVD-RW Drive $25
Optional/Monitor: Asus VE248H 24in Widescreen LED $189
OS: Microsoft Windows 8.1 64bit OEM $115
Will this be quiet enough to record? Is there anything I need to change? Leave suggestions below please ^_^

What do you mean it'll handle BF4 just fine? Will that be a constant 60+ fps?

I'd personally change my GPU to a nVidia one simply because with a GTX 6xx or GTX 7xx series cards you can use nVidia Shadowplay which is a recording device by nVidia which sacrifices no performance so it is ideal for BF4, although since it is in beta it cannot record Open GL 2.0 games YET, but recording Minecraft with whatever program will be a 'breeze' anyways.
