it was working fine but next day ps3 did not showed anything. i reseted the the video settings but now ps3 is only working on 480p resolution. i tried but the resolution is stuck at 480p. i was using a HDMI cable & playing ps3 on samsung smart HD TV. what to do to make it work on 1080p.

1) Try another port
2) go into your PS3's TV settings and you can set HDMI to work I don't own a PS3 so I don't have a great but it goes something like that.
